2021 Meals for Seniors - November

Our November community project: cooking stew for local seniors, under the watchful eye of Nicole Audet, Coordinator for North Cariboo Seniors Council. 180 containers of top quality stew (in our opinion!) - steak, sausage, carrots, onions, potatoes. Each container had enough for two meals - our only concern is that some might be light on the protein (we refused to let Simon count the pieces going into each container!)
