Electoral Reform and You.Hans was asked back to the club to further discuss the November 30th referendum on voting reform.
Hans explained the three different types of voting methods being proposed if first past the post is voted down. He also explained the likely outcome with each different type. Although Hans is a proponent of proportional representation, he gave a very even handed explanation for all three alternatives.
