Here are a few of the Residential Programs available:

Group Living – individuals live together in a home with support from caregivers

Home Sharing – each individual is closely integrated into family life, matching each individual to the right home care provider

Independent Living – some individuals require minimal support while others require more supervision and assistance in an independent living environment

The staff and support workers help with day-to-day activities such as medication, outings, routine structure, goal setting, hygiene, finances and cooking.  They also offer employment guidance with skill building, resume building and finding appropriate jobs.
