Guests from the Philippines

The Group Study Exchange team from District 3860 in the Philippines visited with the La Grange club on Wednesday, May 22. In addition to a program on water wells in Africa, we got to learn more about the area around Cebu from the Philippine guests and were presented a banner from one of their clubs.

After lunch, the team toured the Painted Churches of Fayette County and made a stop at Rosemary's Vineyard before moving along on their tour of Central Texas.

The GSE team will be at the Distrct 5870 Conference of Rotary Clubs this coming weekend at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines near Bastrop. Several members of the La Grange club will be attending the district conference.
