It is a barbecue/ smoker cooker that can handle the following!
- 83- 1/2 Chickens
- Or 40 - 8lb. Boston Butts
- Or: 35 - Slabs baby Back Ribs
- Or: 25 to 30 - Slabs Reg. Ribs
After much research and deliberation, Yellowhead Rotary has purchased direct from Lang a model 84 deluxe. The goal is to use this piece of equipment to raise money by providing good food at a reasonable price at major events around the City of Prince George.
The committee has organized food safe training sessions and should have the unit ready to go in the next few weeks. If this is your kind of fund raising event that you would like to help with speak to Roy Spooner or Bill Hellyer at the next club luncheon.
