NEW MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

          In an effort to help new Rotarians understand the workings of Rotary and all it stands for, Yellowhead  has a group of Rotarians who partner with new Rotarians to work with them in the first few months. The task list is still being developed, but includes;

•  introduction to all club members
• discuss areas of interest that would assist new members to get involved
• encourage involvement in special club functions
• accompany new member to their first make-up meeting
• discuss other make-up options
• review attendance requirements, opportunities for service, Yellowhead website and District site
