2017/02/24 EAFK Knighting Ceremony - Discipline
On February 24, 2017, 28 students at Giddings Elementary were honored for exemplifying the character trait of Discipline. The knighting ceremony is a part of the EarlyAct/FirstKnight (EA/FK) program at GES which is in its fourth year this year. EA/FK focuses on teaching the virtues embodied in the knightly code of chivalry to the students for 10 minutes each school day and putting those virtues into action. EA/FK is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Giddings at no cost to the school. Congratulations to the students and their families!
