2015/01/09 EarlyAct FirstKnight Knighting Ceremony
On January 9, 2015, Lady Hannah, one of the the Knights of the Guild, recognized twenty nine Giddings Elementary School students for embodying and displaying their knightly virtues during the third six weeks of the 2014-15 school year. The EarlyAct FirstKnight program focuses on teaching the virtues embodied in the knightly code of chivalry to the students for 10 minutes each school day and putting those virtues into action. All of the recipients of the EarlyAct First Knight medal during the first half of the school year will be honored at a banquet on February 2nd at the GES cafeteria. EarlyAct FirstKnight is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Giddings at no cost to the school. Congratulations to the students and their families!
