Sara Russell will share the essence of a simple, straightforward model that improves relationships and heads conflict off at the pass.  It’s based on Behavioral Science, though is far less complicated then Myers Briggs and DiSC.  It can easily be applied at work, within volunteer organizations and at home.  You will walk away with the basic understanding of how knowing these four styles can reduce any interpersonal stressors.  In order to get the most out of this session, be sure to complete and bring the attached assessment before attending.

Sara helps groups of people overcome interpersonal challenges in order to impact sustainable change through effective, collaborative conversations. She’s spent the last 20 years working with managers and teams at Fortune 200 companies (like T-Mobile, Capital One, Dell and Baker Hughes), as well as non-profits (like the American Heart Association and Dress for Success). Originally from New Orleans, she’s now been in Austin for 5 years where she met her wise and wonderful husband and where she’s expanding her business to serve smaller businesses and organizations.
