On Monday, April 6th at 6:30 PM, we will hold an online-only club meeting where Mohammed Khudairi, Chairman of the Iraqi Children Foundation, will talk to us about the history and the mission of the foundation. Biography on Mr. Mohammed Khudairi
Chairman, Iraqi Children Foundation & Managing Partner, Khudairi Group
MOHAMMED KHUDAIRI is a native of Baghdad, Iraq and currently lives in Dubai where he serves as the Managing Partner of Khudairi Group. From Dubai, he leads Khudairi Petroleum Services (KPS), Azku Oil and Gas (AOG), and Al-Khudairi Distribution & Marketing Company (AKDMC) under his executive oversight. Mohammed has extensive experience in the areas of project management, operational logistics, project financing, and a deep knowledge of cultural, political and security conditions within Iraq.
Mohammed founded the Khudairi Group in 2004 along with his father and brother and was closely involved with the company’s early work with the Department of Defense, USAID, and other multinationals in Iraq.Mohammed attended the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and received a degree in Finance with an additional focus in Middle Eastern Studies. More recently Mohammed Khudairi completed executive programs at Singularity University as well as the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Mohammed assisted in founding TechHub, Iraq’s first technology focused co-working space, based in Erbil, Iraq and is a contributor to Bite.Tech, Iraq’s largest online platform for technology news and businesses. He is actively involved in several non-profit organizations, Including the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the Bali Process and currently serves as the Chairman of the Iraqi Children Foundation.

SET UP
Web Meetings (or web conferences) differ from watching videos on line (YouTube, Facebook Live, Netflix, etc.) because our club members can interact and participate in the meeting. Thru the use of your camera and microphone on your desktop or smart device, people in the web meeting can see you (if you allow) via the camera on your desktop or smart device, and you can speak up in the meeting via the microphone on your desktop or smart device.
Our meetings will be conducted with WebEx. WebEx is free, and runs on desktops, laptops, tablets and smart phones. You can also dial in on an old school phone or cell phone if you just want to listen in on the meeting (and talk.)
