Monday, June 22 @6:30PM Isabel & the Runaway Train

On Monday, June 22 at 6:30 PM, we will hold an online-only club meeting.  Our speaker will be Anna Westbrook the founder of Isabel and the Runaway Train. 

 

All Aboard! Learn how the Isabel team uses musical theater to educate people on mental health, sexual maltreatment, and survivor support. This presentation will give you a sample of the Isabel soundtrack, theatrical performance, and accompanying training programs. Get ready to chugga - chugga - change the conversation around sexual maltreatment with this safe introduction to survivor support.

Anna Westbrook is a Composer, Playwright, and Activism Consultant working out of Austin, TX. Her organization, Isabel & The Runaway Train runs musical theater and professional development programs to teach people to support survivors of sexual maltreatment. And they do it all while pretending to be on a train.

Our meetings will be conducted with WebEx.  WebEx is free, and runs on desktops, laptops, tablets and smart phones.  You can also dial in on an old school phone or cell phone if you just want to listen in on the meeting (and talk.)
