On Monday, September 14 at 6:30 PM, we will hold an online-only club meeting.  Our speaker will be James Butler, Founder of Mindful Classrooms.
Join us as we learn about mindfulness as a tool to use for stress relief. We'll learn the basics of the brain science & research behind mindfulness to help ground us in the reasoning behind the practice. We'll spend time experiencing different types of mindful activities that are proven to help with stress relief. This session being led by James Butler, the Mindfulness Specialist for Austin ISD, will also feature resources that are being used in the district for staff, students and families.
