On Monday, March 6th at 6:30PM, we will hole an in person club meeting.  Our speaker will be Christine Riley with The Texas Board of Nursing.  Also, District Governor Shannon Coleman will be joining our club meeting. 
 
Our meeting will be held at Casa Chapala, located at 9041 Research Blvd Suite 100, Austin, TX 78759.
 

 
About Christine Riley,
 
Christine Riley has been a nursing consultant with the Texas Board of Nursing since November 2022. Christine came to the Board after working with Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) as a clinical policy analyst on the policy and rules team for long-term care regulation. Before working with the State, Christine had various travel nursing contracts in Florida, Colorado, Maine, and Australia. She has also had a variety of nursing positions in Austin, Texas including CommUnity Care and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Austin. 
 
Christine obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of the Arts in Latin American Studies from St. Edward’s University. She was very grateful to have received a scholarship on behalf of Texas Nurse Association (TNA) and the Austin Area Rotary Club in 2014 while studying at UT.
