Flans for Polio

In honor of Ruth's daughter Sara graduating with her Master in Nursing degree, Ruth baked three beautiful and delicious fruit flans which were served with vanilla ice cream. For a piece of flan each Rotarian was asked to donate to the Polio Plus campaign. In total $170 was raised by Ruth!!
