Ruth's Flan's for Polio Plus

Ruth Mitchell-Banks in honour of her daughter Sara's graduation with a Master in Nursing - Advanced Nursing Practice degree, baked three gorgeous fruit flans for the evening Rotary Club meeting.  Anyone who had a piece of flan was invited to donate something towards the Polio Plus fund.  In total Ruth raised $170!!
