Rotarians help build #8 Fiddlehead Cabin on the Sunshine Coast Trail.
Ron, Charlie, Dan, Roger, Ed, and Dick completed the cedar siding. The finished product should be enjoyed by many hikers.

PAWS is combining efforts with our Powell River Rotary Club who had also worked with PAWS in putting up the Rainy Day Lake shelter.
Though this shelter is on the Sunshine Coast Hiking Trail, it will also be accessible by canoe and kayak for people paddling the Powell Forest Canoe Route. There will be a ramp too with a swimming dock when everything will be is finished later this year. From here the public will also be able to walk to Giavanno Lake, or hike up to Confederation Lake, or to the top of Tin Hat Mountain.
