Our Club has a great opportunity to showcase Rotary and be part of a fun event!
The Temple Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the Spirit of Santa Fe Wine Festival on Saturday, October 5th. The Chamber is offering us a free Moscato Sponsorship which allows us to set up a tent and table on the festival grounds to showcase our Club. They will also give us a $500 donation to go towards the Canine Companions for Independence program.
In exchange our Club needs to provide volunteers to man the entrances to the VIP parking and our Club's table.
There are three entrances and we need two people per entrance. These need to be manned from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The goal is to have 12 volunteers who will work two hours each.
Then we need volunteers to man the Rotary table. The festival runs from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. We need two volunteers per shift for this. That will require a total of six volunteers.
