The passing of the North Atlanta Rotary Torch occurred when the new officers were installed for President Ralph Sims term by PDG Bill Mulkey.Image

 

Over 50 Rotarians and guests attended North Atlanta Rotary's 2013-2014 officer installation dinner. Those guests included PDG Bill Mulkey, his wife Beverly, and Fred Brandt who represented AG Kathy Brandt.
