We'll be having Tom Smith - Tsawwassen Rotary Club since 2002,  and past member of the Vancouver Rotary Club. Tom is a Past President of his club and former Assistant Governor.  Also he is the past Paul Harris Society Chair.  Currently he is the District Membership Chair - to give us a refresher on Membership and how to built a fresher way to find the right members to join.
