A strategic plan review session to cover our strategic plan and dig deeper into our club's priorities and preferences. The location is set to the Third Floor Banquet Room of the South Burnaby Neighbourhood House near Metrotown Mall.

The suggestion I got was that physically attending would make the event easier to run. Of course, no worries if people may still have health concerns or other sorts of barriers to attending.

Key Notes:
- COVID Policy: Our intention is to follow all relevant BC regulations. Be respectful that some people may maintain further social distance, hold off from particular activities, or not attend in person due to COVID concerns. Due to concerns with the delta variant, the expectation is that everybody is double vaccinated.
- To enter the location, you'll have to contact Ryan or another attendee to come down and let you in (note: Ryan will provide his cell phone number in the invitation email). There are also some assumptions from borrowing the space that we don't open the doors to floor 1 and 2 that are alarmed and that we clean up any mess we make.
- I would suggest reviewing the strategic plan document in advance. Paper copies will also be provided.
- Parking can be an issue at the location. I believe they changed the requirements so parking at the mall is only free for two hours in most above ground locations, for example.
