After a long time, we are having a club assembly. The plan is to try out hybrid (both online and offline attendance) again at Larry's; thanks again to him and Barbara for being willing to host!
Structure is as usual (e.g., short director reports then discussions on club matters and other topics of interest).

Key Reminders:
- COVID Policy: Our intention is to follow all relevant BC regulations. Be respectful that some people may maintain further social distance, hold off from particular activities, or not attend in person due to COVID concerns. Due to concerns with the delta variant, the expectation is that everybody is double vaccinated.
- Please Register in Advance: Please register on club runner (or email Larry) if you intend to attend as there will be catering ordered in advance (the finest subway sandwiches, I believe!). Dietary restrictions should be mentioned as well.
- BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair): You will likely need to bring your own chair if you attend. Note that there may be a few patio chairs that could be brought down.
- Parking can be done on the many side streets in the area, though watch the signs. Distance is about 20 minute walk from Royal Oak station or 10 minute walk from a bus route (110 metrotown, I believe).
