Friday Night 16th November proved that you do not have to have experience or large numbers to have a great time.
The Charity Golf Evening in aid of the Vinnies Diamond Valley Sleepout was a great success even though the numbers were down.
The event was a Best Ball foursome event and there was a tie for first place with David Ling, Peter Newman, John Stavskoski and Craig Hamelwinning on a count back from the team of Bill Carter, Zilis Hardiman, Sharrain Ballo and Mark Bagent.
It was good to see the support from the players partners and all enjoyed the catering supplied by Cheryl-Lee and Margaret Carter.
All in all a very successful evening with the amount in excess of $1,000.00 raised for this worthwhile charity.
My personal thanks to all who assisted in putting the event together.
