Up and Coming BBQ's

 

The club has several dates coming up which we will need expressions of interest in your availability please.

 

The first is this Friday   24th April  at Thomastown Bunnings from 9am to approximately 4 pm  

 

Then Sunday 10th May (Mothers Day)  at Lower Eltham Park (Where the miniature trains run on Sundays) 9am to 3pm

This has the potential of raising $1000 and we need 4 people please.  Eltham Rotarians provide everything. We need just to turn up. It's lots of fun, quite busy from 11 am to about 1.30pm.  Come, bring family members who are always welcome.

Please let me know asap how much time you have available.  

 

Then Friday 22nd May at Thomastown.  Both David and Frank will be on leave, Christine and I will need help with set up and clean up.  Can you please advise me by email of any time you can help please.
