My apology for the absence of an eBulletin last week.

I was doing some project work in Papua New Guinea a part of which was to upgrade the email and internet facilities for our organisation which proved to be quite a challenge. Getting an internet connection that was fast enough for online editing was not achieved early enough and even now is not feasible without huge cost.
That being said, other aspects of the project development went very well and my time included all kinds of things, among them a meeting with a Member of Parliament which was quite significant given the state of upheaval in the PNG Government last week. It was a very interesting time to be there and I would love to share a bit more about that some time.

Back to the Bulletin, Mark's ReMarks for last week are included today.
