Telephone Survey - A follow up to the recent online members survey

This time I have my Membership Committe hat on!

At a meeting organised by Graeme Knorr and the Membership Committee on the 23rd October the recent membership survey was reviewed.

One of the items clearly indicated an opinion by a number of members that we should look at the time of our weekly meetng and also the venue. The actual position of the 18 people who responded was divided about equally.

Over the next week, you will receive an email, that will then be followed up with a phone call, to ascertain exactly what your personal preference is and what your commitment might be to a change to an evening meeting with specific reference to time and day for a weekly meeting.

We then plan to have an evening meeting mid November that will be a Club Assembly for discussion of this issue and the matter of a new  or reemphasised local community project to which we all can make a committment.
