Some new BBQ dates for Bunnings Thomastown

Our BBQ Team is set to go for our fundraising ventures

Some new dates for your diaries are for FRIDAYS.  While the revenue is not as much (about half) as weekends, it will all add up and facilitate our giving to those who need it most.

Our first FRIDAY at Thomastown is FRIDAY week 23rd AUGUST.  An invitation is extended to any member who is willing and able to help.

We can work our own hours - suggested 8.30 set up  to 11.30am   then 11.30 to 2.30 pm pack up. Any time you can spare will be appreciated.

We need about 3 people for each of the Friday shifts please.

Other new dates are:- Friday 13th September,

                                 Friday 18th October,

                                 Friday 1st November.

Remember we are scheduled to have a BBQ on November 5th (Melbourne Cup Day) at ELTHAM

A full BBQ schedule will be published in the Bulletin regularly.  Please if you can help, call or email me to lighten the load on those who regularly help.

As we are not having our regular meeting this Wednesday lunchtime - The clubs are meeting on Wednesday evening for the District Governor's visit to the Austrian Club in West Heidelberg at 6.30 pm.  Could I ask for your response asap. please
