Rotary Youth Leadership Award
Our Board has also agreed to sponsor another Rotary Youth Leadership Award person Jordan Green - Jordan has been interviewed and considered a very worth applicant.
Jordan will be invited to give a presentation to the club as his commitment to the sponsoring Rotary club, at a convenient time to our Program coordinator and Jordan as will David Leverett.
President Mark volunteered to drive these 2 candidates to the central pick-up point at Wandong on Monday for the commencement of their week long live in program.
President Mark would be interested to know of any member who would be willing to drive to the conference location at Lyrebird Park, Yellingbo, to bring the 2 young men back to Melbourne.
It is a great opportunity to see where the conference has been held and the facilities available. It is also a great time to have close interaction with Jordan and David following their week's experience.
Please talk to President Mark or myself if you are able to assist with the pick-up.
