Hi to all members,
I had thought of writing a lengthy bulletin report, but on reflection a short one would be better, as we have our Changeover night coming up on the 29th June at Ballara, and the yearly report will happen then. However over the past month we have been to the District Assembly at Euroa, and it was certainly the best I have attended.

One of the main subjects was how Rotary is accepting change and a DVD “The Winds of Change” was shown. We showed a copy at our last Club Assembly.

As we had no meeting on Anzac Day many of us attended other Clubs.(scattered meetings) Zilis and I went to Heidelberg Club for a very interesting talk about the research and the History of Gallipolli, which is being funded by the Governments of Turkey,Australia and New Zealand and will be completed for the 50 th Anniversary next year.

Our Club is now a 100% Paul Harris Fellow Club and we will reward other special people on Changeover Night.

Our Business Breakfast last Tuesday was very well received by those in attendance. The subject of rebranding was not only interesting but challenging for BUPA.Their Managing Director Mr.Richard Bowden gave an address which was comprehensive, interesting, an presendted in a manner unequalled in my knowledge. Richard is in the top 50  Executives in Australia , very focussed , down to earth, and in demand as a speaker. (in fact on Friday he gave a similar address to 150 CEO’s  and the previous week gave a similar address to BUPA Board in London. No fee for our Club speaking except a donation to his Charity “Very Special Kids.”

Please support Changeover Night for David Ling.

See you all Wednesday.

Regards John
