Notice is herewith given that the Annual General Meeting shall be held on Wednessday 24th November 2010 at the Heidelberg Golf Club at 12.00 to 1.00pm with the following agenda.

 

  AGENDA

1.   Welcome

2.   Establishment of Quorum

3.   Business to be conducted:-

a.      Presentation of the Audited Accounts

b.     Election of Officers of the Club for the year 2011-2012

 


5.   Meeting Close
