Motor Neurone Disease
My ongoing thanks to all who have been collecting corks from wine bottles for me.
To those who are not aware I collect on behalf of my sister-in -law who is deteriating far too rapidly with the awful disease Motor Neurone Disease. The collected corks are sold and the funds raised are used towards equipment/wheelchairs etc to make life a little easier for those with MND
On a per sonal level my husband Peter and I were successful at the fundraising auction at our Rotary Gala Ball earlier this year and as such are leaving on Friday to enjoy Perth for a week. My brother and sister-in –law will be our guests and we are looking forward to this little break all together.
During the upcoming festive season please keep drinking lots of wine and remember the cork for me!!
