Our dear friend and senior member Graham Trotter has had a stint in the Austin hospital   He suffered a slight stroke and has been undergoing further investigations.    Graham is home again and would appreciate a phone call or a visit.  Our best wishes for a speedy recovery Graham and hope to see you back at Rotary soon -    We have all missed you at our weekly meetings.

Mark and Christine Sefton have been having a break in sunny Tassie.     Christine is now recovered from her recent "injury" and we anticipate seeing Mark at the Anzac Day BBQ

Martyn Thompson who recently participated in Greensborough Central's Inaugural Golf Day, "cleaned up" all on comers with his team winning the day.Christine Shields and I helped with raffle ticket sales on the day. It was also great to see Ray Davies (who was recovering from foot surgery) and his team, as well as Michael Loy  also supporting the new club by participating.

Mark and Kerry Leverett will be off again soon this time visiting Portugal and surrounds. Good luck and safe travelling.

My daughter Donna has just given birth to her 5th child, a baby boy "Jack" Both mother, baby and father Simon are all well with much attention coming from the older siblings.

Our next Night Meeting is on Wednesday 30th April at the Greensborough Hotel 6.30 pm.

Senior Sergeant Damien Ohme from Greensborough Police will be our Guest Speaker and will be very interesting to have him visit our club.

Please make every effort to attend and show support for our speaker. RSVP to David Ling for catering. Thanks Francis for arranging this speaker.

Rotaractors of Diamond Valley are now meeting at the Diamond Valley Learning Centre.

This is more central for their members some of whom do not drive and need to access public transport to attend meetings.  I encourage our members to attend at least one of their meetings which commence at 7.30pm on the 1st and 3rd Monday nights of the month.  It is important that these young people get to know Rotarians if ever we are to encourage them to join Rotary when the reach 30 years of age. Just attending is an encouragement for them.  The same as we appreciate having visitors attend our meetings.

Do you have any news you would like to share with your fellow members??

Please forward any information or reports you want in the bulletin to either me,  or Connie and we will be sure to put it in for you. Photos are always a welcome inclusion too - "A picture speaks a thousand words"

In anticipation, thanks.
