Kinglake Youth Centre Opening

The opening of the Kinglake Youth Centre "Ellimatta" was officially opened today by the Rotary International President Ray Klinginsmith.

Some 200 people were in attendance including Past and Present District Governors, Club Presidents from all over the District and also Tasmania.

The Rotary Club of Greensborough was represented by Tony Shields and Bill Carter. Rotaract was represented by Michael Shields.

 It was wonderful to see Rotary in Action within our community and to see the smiles on the faces of those young people in attendance who will benefit from the Youth Centre and to see the funds raised by Rotary for the Bushfire Appeal being put to something substantial to ease the burden on all those affected by this disaster.
