Guest Speaker Rees Watson gave us an interesting talk about the Paramedics and Fire Services. He is involved with both.
The main focus was around responses and how the call centre work in both urban and rural settings. Rees is very knowledgeable about the subject and made an engaging presentation to the better than average number of people attending a lunch time meeting.
