Fundraising Meeting held Monday 09/07/12

Re: Solomon Trail Series 29th July 2012 Yellow Gum Park

Setup and cooking for approximately 1000 runners and 300 spectators on the 29th July commencing 7.00am.

Help required for the following.

  • BBQ's transported and set up by 7.00am
  • 2x Tables
  • Drinks
  • Car Fridges
  • Ice
  • Food to be cooked - Egg & Bacon rolls
  • Sausages in bread & Veggie Burgers

This event could turn into an Annual Event, last years event at Studley Park had 1200 participants.

Next Fundraising Meeting to be held on the 1st Wednesday of each Month, straight after Rotary Meeting at 2pm in Coffee Shop. Meeting will last approximately 45 minutes and we will be discussing Fundraising Events only. When Fellowship Committee is set we can add Fellowship events onto calendar.
