Was it worth the effort?

Last Friday we had a sausage sizzle as part of the Greensborough Food and Film Festival.

• It was a good public relations exercise to be part of this inaugural festival. Our presence was appreciated.
• We made a net $411. Not a lot of money but a reasonable return none the less.
• As always there was opportunity for some fellowship and fun for the people involved.

Yes I think it was worth the effort.

Thanks to Pam Fallon who helped set up in the afternoon, Zilis Hardiman, Joy Ferguson, Connie D'Amore, Sandra Classon and Andrew Minahan. Andrew helped with the late shift and he and I packed up after 11.00pm as required.

Thanks also to my two sons, Kerry who provided help with equipment, and Adrian who did some cooking in the evening.
