Betty and I have enjoyed the two fellowship meetings we have had as we get into 2013. The people who have participated in the meetings at the Old England have had a good opportunity to share together and we have also been able to talk about some current happenings and future projects.

One thing that having more time for fellowship does is that we get to know a bit more about each other and about interests and family. An example of this was to see photos and hear about Graeme Knorr's FJ Holden. This has prompted me to include details of the Motor Show planned by the Rotary Club of Shepparton in this eBulletin.

Next week we have our final meeting at the Diamond Valley Baptist Church and Paul Craig has asked us to notify him if we are intending to be there. It will be a time to say thank you and we will also use the programme to talk about plans and projects coming up. We are expecting some past members and other Friends of Rotary to be there so let's make this a well attended meeting.

Also in this edition are details of our new venue. At this stage we have indication of two or three prospective new members so this is encouraging.

We have had two good Bunnings BBQ fund raisers already and a third is planned for Friday the 25th at Thomastown. Thanks to Yvonne Donegan for getting us this latest opportunity. These BBQ events are worthwhile and they are also a good time for fellowship as we work together.

Hoping to see you next Wednesday.

Yours in Rotary
