First weekend of the pilgrimage is complete.
Lightning Ridge. This is our first time to visit. Betty has had this on her agenda for a while and now it is a done deal. What a remarkable place. Apart from the obvious which is opals, it is actually about lifestyle. We must have heard thsat phrase a dozen times as we talked to people who live there.
Betty suggested that we buy this camp but she was bluffing.
The other part of lifestyle is the people we meet in caravan parks and that is extremely interesting also.
