Cup Day Function

Sweeps, auction and raffle and a fun filled atmosphere all contributed to what was a great day out on Tuesday.
Keye Hoverd, assisted by Jeff Thomas and also helped by the other 4 Members present from our Club together with guests ensured a good outcome. Final fugures are not available yet but the total including the raffle will be around $1750.
Bill Carter did his usual great job with the raffle.
President Mark took the opportunity to speak about Rotary and the Eradicate Polio Program. Many of the guests at Samson's Hill Winery were non Rotarians and participated in activities, some also helping with some of the detail.
One of the guests was PP Harald Bartelt with wife Sandra. It is good to see Harald getting back to health after recent issues.
Kerry Leverett was undoubtedly one of the big spenders ensuring at least some continuation of recent winning streak.
For those who attended is was a great day.
