Cup Day BBQ at Eltham Bunnings

Our club has been allocated a BBQ at Eltham Bunnings for Cup Day Tuesday 5th November.

Please make a note in your diary, and if you are able to help in any capacity please let Connie or myself know.

We need to purchase sausages, bread, etc. before,  Check that the appropriate paperwork is submitted a week before and of course a roster for available "hands on" on the day.

And remember another BBQ on 29th December at Thomastown, where we will need the commitment again from members, and friends.
