The Sport for All social enterprise exists to create pathways for social and economic inclusion
by offering long-term unemployed and/or otherwise disadvantaged young people
accredited training, paid employment & pre-employment training in Retail & Warehousing.
By increasing their capacity for paid employment and/or accredited & pre-employment training, graduates of the Sport For All training programs will be more socially and economically included because they will have improved their employability capacity and increased their education.
With the support of the Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation, more than 5,000 hours of paid employment for 10 young people with barriers to employment will participate in an accredited traineeship & paid employment training program in Retail or Warehousing. By providing the trainees with supervised, individual accredited training and a tailored paid work experience plan over a 12 month period, trainees will increase their capacity for paid employment and/or further accredited training.
