Notice is herewith given that the Annual General Meeting of the Rotary club of Greensborough Inc shall be held on Tuesday 25^th November 2014 at the Greensborough Hotel (Francis Room) at 7.00pm with the following agenda.

AGENDA

1. Welcome

2. Establishment of Quorum

3. Apologies

4. Minutes of previous A.G.M. presented and motion for acceptance.

5. Business to be conducted:-

5.1 Audited Accounts for year 2013/2014 presented for discussion and acceptance.

5.2 Election of Office Bearers of the Club for the year 2015/2016.
