“Community Legal Issues”
Speaker Mr Andrew Minahan
Andrew has been a lawyer for 22 years. He has worked at various practices over the years, but the last 8 years has been at MW Law with the last 4 years being here at Greensborough.
Much of Andrews work history has been spent with suburban general practices. he has had a lot of experience in “community issues” such as crime, intervention orders, neighbourhood disputes, and civil litigation. The experience he has gained qualifies him to comment on “community” issues.
What Andrew will attempt to concentrate on in his talk will be the things that can cause grief between neighbours, family members, friends, and so on, and crime, particularly street level crime, the affects it has on the community, and how governments and police have responded to crime.
