The Rotary Club of Biloxi recently inducted a new slate of officers.  They are:  Windy Swetman, President; T.J. Moran, President-Elect; David Neumann, Treasurer; Taylor McNeel, Secretary; Sam Burke, Immediate Past President; Lisa Burwell, Jerry Munro, Bill Briscoe and Cindy Childers, Board Members.
