Mahan is Biloxi Rotarian of the Year

Mike Mahan, a member of the Rotary Club of Biloxi, was recently selected as Rotarian of the Year by outgoing club president, Sam Burke.  Mahan, who served as the club's secretary for the past two years, has been a member for eight years.  Burke acknowledged Mahan for his dependability and responsiveness in serving in a key role for the club.  As part of this award, Mahan will also become a Paul Harris Fellow.
