Howarth Named Rotarian of the Year

Biloxian Jim Howarth has been named the Rotarian of the Year of the Rotary Club of Biloxi. Outgoing club President Taylor McNeel, bestowed the honor. McNeel praised Howarth for his dedication to the club and to Rotary as shown by his consistent hard work behind the scenes on important club issues and projects.  Howarth joined the Biloxi club in 1997 after serving in the San Jose, CA club. He is a past club President and Paul Harris Fellow. He resides in Biloxi with his wife Gloria.
