The home of Al and Marjorie Balius was the setting for the Biloxi Rotary club’s annual Fish Fry last month. Halloween was the theme for the table settings and centerpieces as we dined while overlooking a tranquil Back Bay of Biloxi.

There was an abundance of fresh fried catfish skillfully prepared by Terry Taylor with plenty of expert supervision by Louis Rash, Errol Bradley and many others. Side dishes were plentiful as well as delicious. All in all it was a beautiful evening for a fall fish fry and fellowship with Biloxi Rotarians and their spouses.
