On Friday December 10th, the Rotary Club of Paramaribo (RCP) gave a donation to the Salvation Army as a contribution to their annual project to give food packages. This year RCP gave an amount of SRD 50,000, 700 bags of rice and 30 boxes with cleaning products. This annual tradition goes back to 2005, when PDG Henri Guda together with Major Thomas decided to initiate the partnership. As Major Thomas returned to Jamaica and Henri Guda passed away in March 2021, the President of RCP Janine den Hartog - Parisius and PDG Cees Dilweg presented the donations to Major Williams.
