Women and children are among the most vulnerable, frequently facing violence, displacement, and an uncertain future.
For the Rotary Clubs of Suriname, peace means more than just the absence of war. True peace arises where justice, respect, and equal opportunities prevail. Through our international network, we are committed to connecting communities, fostering dialogue, and supporting sustainable solutions that contribute to a peaceful world.
As a symbol of this endeavor, Rotary has placed peace poles globally—beacons of hope that remind us that peace begins with the values we share and promote together.
