As we work to create light for others, we naturally light our own way.”

I do not consider it to be a coincidence that this year’s theme shares some similarities with the spiritual meaning of the Diwali festivities. As Rotarians, we have in mind those who live their lives in darkness . We want to reach out and help them to see some light. Light that not only illuminates homes, but also our hearts and the ones that surrounds us. Light that makes others see new reasons for hope.

Therefore, for us Rotarians on this year’s Diwali celebration, may the light of the Dia, shed light on our further social intercourse.
