On the Rotary District conference 2015, held from April 8-11 2015 in Paramaribo, Rotarian Waddy Sowma from Suriname has been elected as Rotary District Governor Designated RY 2017/2018 for the Rotary District 7030. We congratulate him and his charming wife,Shirley Sowma-Sumter with this honorable position and we have absolute faith that he will do the job to the best of his abilities !
